Trainee Solicitor
Daniel Quinlan is a Trainee Solicitor at Crushell & Co Solicitors, a specialist Irish law firm focused exclusively on employment law, workplace disputes, industrial relations, discrimination claims, whistleblowing, data protection, and related litigation. Since joining the firm in February 2025 as a Legal Executive and progressing to the position of Trainee Solicitor in January 2026, Daniel has gained significant experience supporting employees across a broad range of workplace disputes and employment law matters.
As part of his traineeship, Daniel assists clients with claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts. His work includes unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, redundancy disputes, protected disclosures, and injunctive proceedings. Daniel is involved in all stages of the litigation process, including WRC filings, the preparation of written submissions, the compilation of books of evidence, legal research, and hearing preparation. Working closely with both senior solicitors and barristers, he contributes to the delivery of practical, strategic, and commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s needs.
Daniel graduated from Maynooth University in 2022 with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Having successfully completed his FE-1 examinations, he is currently undertaking his professional training through the Law Society of Ireland’s PPC Hybrid Programme at Blackhall Place. Through both his academic studies and practical experience, Daniel has developed a strong interest in employment law and workplace dispute resolution, with the ambition of qualifying as a solicitor specialising in this area.
Daniel is committed to delivering a responsive and client-focused service, helping clients navigate complex workplace issues with confidence and clarity. He takes a proactive approach to legal problem-solving and is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for those he represents.
Outside of his legal work, Daniel is a passionate sports enthusiast and spends much of his spare time supporting Dublin GAA in Croke Park or playing soccer with his local club.
