Tracy Hosey

Tracy Hosey is a Personal Assistant and Customer Care Executive at Crushell & Co Solicitors, a specialist Irish law firm focused exclusively on employment law, workplace disputes, industrial relations, discrimination claims, whistleblowing, data protection, and related litigation. Since joining the firm in May 2022, Tracy has played a central role in supporting both clients and solicitors, ensuring that every client receives a professional, responsive, and confidential service from their very first interaction with the firm.

As one of the firm’s primary points of contact, Tracy regularly assists new and prospective clients by telephone and email, helping them arrange consultations with the appropriate solicitor and providing guidance on the firm’s processes. She takes particular pride in offering a welcoming and reassuring first point of contact, recognising that many clients approach the firm during difficult or uncertain periods in their professional lives. Tracy also assists with ongoing client enquiries, follow-up appointments, settlement agreement reviews, and ensures that clients remain informed and supported throughout their engagement with the firm.

Alongside her client-facing responsibilities, Tracy plays an important role in the firm’s administration and financial operations. She is responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, recording client payments, addressing billing enquiries, and supporting the firm’s day-to-day practice management functions. Tracy also assists with legal correspondence and administrative aspects of case management, helping to ensure that client matters are progressed efficiently and professionally.

Tracy holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Business, specialising in Human Resource Management. Her academic background has provided her with strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, which she has continued to develop through her experience working within the legal sector. Through her work at Crushell & Co Solicitors, Tracy has developed a strong interest in employment law and the legal profession and hopes to further her education and professional qualifications in this area in the future.

Tracy is known for her compassionate, client-focused approach and her commitment to delivering exceptional client care. She understands the importance of treating every client as an individual and works hard to ensure that every interaction with the firm is professional, supportive, and positive.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her dogs and has a great love for animals.
